Does the property need to be vacant?
Yes. Have it vacant and styled as you want it photographed before arrival. We do not shoot wide-angle listing work with people on site.
How quickly will I receive my media?
Photography, aerial photography, floor plans, and Matterport tours are delivered the next business day. Video is delivered within two business days. Photo enhancements are delivered the next business day after final image selections and complete instructions are received.
Which package should I start with?
Most listings start with the Photos Package or the Photos + Drone Package. Showcase-ready listings use the Zillow Showcase Media Package. Vacant land and lots use the Land / Lot Aerial Package. Compare them on Packages & Pricing.
Do I need to book the drone separately?
No. Photos + Drone is one booking, one visit, and one delivery. Aerial photography on that package is captured under FAA Part 107 certification for commercial drone operations.
Add Aerial Photos vs Photos + Drone: which do I want?
If you want listing photos and drone coverage as one appointment, book the Photos + Drone Package. Add Aerial Photos is the $50-per-order add-on when professional aerial photography is added to a scheduled media appointment.
Can I order video or a floor plan without a photography package?
Video and floor plans are publicly offered as add-ons to a scheduled media appointment. For a return visit or special circumstance, contact House Fly for availability and pricing.
Can you fly at any property?
Most, but not all. Some locations sit in controlled or restricted airspace, and weather can ground a flight. We review the property airspace and will let you know if restrictions affect the flight.
How do photo enhancements work?
Standard edited photos are delivered first so you can select the exact image numbers. We then apply the requested enhancements and deliver the completed images by the next business day after receiving your final selections and instructions.
Are property boundary lines surveys?
No. Property Boundary Lines are approximate visual marketing aids created from available parcel data or client-provided references. They are not surveys or legal representations of property boundaries.
Does the Zillow Showcase Media Package include Showcase enrollment?
No. House Fly provides the photography, Zillow 3D Home tour, and interactive floor-plan media. Zillow Showcase enrollment, activation, and fees must be arranged and paid directly through Zillow.
What areas does House Fly Media serve?
Knox, Blount, Sevier, Loudon, Jefferson, McMinn, Bradley, Cumberland, and Anderson counties, including Knoxville, Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Maryville, Oak Ridge, and Cleveland.
My listing is outside those counties. Can you still shoot it?

Do you cover mountain, lakefront, and rural listings?
Yes. We photograph resale, new construction, land, and lakefront listings throughout Sevier County and the surrounding markets. Vacation rental work is handled separately.
